Terms and Conditions

 

Shipping:

All About Impressions, LLC strives to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most efficient manner possible. We provide Standard and Express shipping options for your convenience. Standard shipping denotes three to five business day deliveries, and Express denotes one to two business day deliveries. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please remember that delivery times are based on when the items are shipped, not when they are ordered. Our shipping department will determine the best mode of delivery for your address. Please read our "Order Processing and Lead Times" section for more information. Once an order is picked up by one of our carriers, we no longer have control of it and it transfers to your possession. Therefore, for your protection, we offer to insure shipments with the carriers. It is the responsibility of you or your recipient to retain all packing materials associated with a damaged shipment, and to contact the carrier as soon as possible to submit a claim. Our carriers require that all claims be investigated to determine that proper packaging guidelines were followed. We will be happy to assist in submitting a claim with our carriers, and in processing replacement items for those that are damaged.

Order Processing and Lead Times:

We will begin processing orders as soon as they are received. The lead time for personalizing each item can vary due to stock and demand for service. Normal lead times are three to five business days prior to shipping. Holiday seasons can increase lead times. We pride ourselves on customer service, and make great effort to process every order as promptly as possible. All orders are subject to approval. All About Impressions, LLC reserves the right to refuse any order. Fraudulent orders and non-qualifying discount codes will not be honored.

Product Variations:

Because computer monitors vary, the actual colors and finishes may differ slightly from the photos viewed here on our site. Natural materials such as wood and marble vary in graining and coloration from piece to piece, therefore your items may not appear exactly as those pictured on our site. However, the quality and craftsmanship will always be top-notch.

Warranty:

All About Impressions, LLC warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of ninety days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage in transit during shipment, or due to improper usage, cleaning, or normal wear.  If you must return an item because of a manufacturing defect, you must contact us first. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted, and you must make arrangements to receive the items back

Returns:

We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident that you will enjoy your personalized items. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, we will gladly exchange the item or refund half your purchase price, less shipping and handling charges, within thirty days of receiving your order.  Since all items are personalized, they cannot be resold, therefore a full refund cannot be issued. Exchanges are subject to shipping charges. 

Should you find it necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please follow these instructions. Contact us by phone at (913) 314-4933  to receive an authorization number. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Once you have received an authorization number, please use the original box and packing materials, and take care to package the item in the same manner that it was shipped to you.  For your protection it is important that you insure your items in transit and ship your package via a carrier such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post (USPS). We are unable to accept C.O.D. shipments. All About Impressions, LLC is not responsible for damage incurred in transit via the carrier. Any items not received in like-new condition are not eligible for refund or exchange, and you must make arrangements to receive the items back.

Order Cancellations:

We will begin processing orders as soon as they are received. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.  If the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it and you must follow the returns policy.
